1. Scope of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Mission Freedom Ltd, Markou Drakou, 8852 Neo Chorio, Cyprus (“MF Ltd”).
Any amendments or additions require written confirmation.

2. Our Services

2.1 Immigration & Company Formation
We support private individuals and businesses with visa, residency and company formation processes in Cyprus.
All legally regulated services are carried out exclusively by licensed lawyers, notaries or tax advisors with whom we cooperate.

2.2 Property Investment
We connect clients with registered real estate agencies in Cyprus.
We do not act as licensed brokers ourselves and accept no liability for details, listings, negotiations or transactions.

2.3 Marketing & Media
As an agency, we provide marketing and advertising services, including the creation of audio and video content, social media campaigns, and strategic consulting for businesses.

2.4 Online Radio – MFRadio.de
We operate an online radio station based in Cyprus, aimed at German-speaking expatriates and entrepreneurs.
Content provided by partners is their sole responsibility.

3. Legal Disclaimers

• We do not provide tax, legal or financial advice. Clients must consult qualified and licensed professionals for such matters.

• We are not liable for the actions, omissions or performance of licensed partners or external service providers.

• All information published on our websites is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.

• Scope of Services and Limitation of Liability
  (1) Referral Services:
  The provider, Mission Freedom Ltd, solely provides the referral of contacts to qualified professional advisors (lawyers/tax consultants) in Cyprus and the provision of general information regarding the business location.
  (2) No Legal or Tax Counseling:
  Individual counseling regarding personal prospects of emigration or specific legal and tax consequences in Germany is not part of the contract. Mission Freedom Ltd does not provide legal or tax advice, nor does it offer emigration counseling services as defined under Section 1 of the German Emigration Protection Act (AuswSG).
  (3) Mandatory Professional Consultation:
  The client is explicitly advised to obtain qualified professional advice from tax consultants or lawyers admitted in Germany (particularly regarding exit taxation according to Section 6 of the German Foreign Tax Act / § 6 AStG) prior to any planned relocation of residence or company formation abroad.
  (4) Compliance with EU Principles:
  No recommendation is made for the client or interested party to leave their country of origin based on political or tax incentives. Any incentives mentioned are provided solely in the context of the European fundamental principles (freedom of establishment) to promote economic development and business interests for companies within EU member states.
  (5) Third-Party Services:
  All professional services advertised on this platform – in particular legal and tax advice, company formations, and assistance with immigration processes to Cyprus – are provided exclusively by our legally independent partner law firm, Papasavvas & Liskavidou LLC, Apostolou Pavlou Ave 16-2nd Floor, Paphos 8046. A client-lawyer relationship is established solely with the partner law firm.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Fees and prices are either individually agreed or published on our websites.

• Payments must be made on time according to the issued invoice.

• Fees for services already provided are non-refundable.

5. Data Protection & Confidentiality

• All client data is processed in accordance with EU GDPR and Cypriot data protection laws.

• Data is only shared with third parties if necessary to perform the service or if legally required.

6. Intellectual Property

• All texts, graphics, audio, video and other content created by MF Ltd are protected by copyright.

• Any use, reproduction or modification requires prior written consent.

7. Warranties and Liability

• Our services are provided with the utmost care and through experienced partners.

• No guarantee of success is given.

• To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including loss of profit.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus (EU).

• The place of jurisdiction is Paphos, Cyprus.

• Where possible, disputes will first be addressed through recognised mediation or arbitration bodies in Cyprus.

9. Amendments to these Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
